Frizzle leaves are brown & drooping
Albuca spiralis 'Frizzle Sizzle'®
Indoor Succulents
Received frizzle a week ago. I live in SE AZ & temps have been in 100s. Repotted it in a small pot & set outside on the patio for bright indirect sunlight. It’s turning brown & drooping. Should I water it, or is it going thru early dormancy?

Albuca spiralis goes through its dormancy period in the summer. This helps it beat the hot, dry season in its native land of South Africa. At this point, you should cut all water and allow the leaves to dry and shrivel. Resume watering during the fall when the leaves begin to emerge again.
