General Packing Procedure We pack all shipments by hand. The plants are protected with recyclable crinkle paper, packing peanuts, and if necessary, recyclable bags, sleeves, or wrapping to protect fragile foliage.

Orders are usually shipped out within 2-3 business days. Same week shipping cut-off for new orders is Sunday at 11:59PM Pacific Time and Wednesday at 11:59PM Pacific Time.
