What is the scientific name for the Burro’s Tail?
Sedum burrito
What are the accurate scientific names for both Burro's tail & Donkey's Tail? I know they are two different plants, but it seems like Sedum morganianum is used interchangeably for both. How do I tell them apart?

Yes, people use all the common names pretty interchangeably (and a lot of nurseries mix up the Latin names too), but technically the two scientific names are Sedum burrito and Sedum morganianum. S. burrito is the one with shorter leaves, and you can find both on our site with photos for comparison.
