Red colorations in succulents are brought on by intense light or by drought. You could try cutting back on watering or supplementing the window light with a grow light.
I have Calico Hearts that I bought from you two yrs ago. I have it in a South window, no red coloration. Adromischus triflorus 'Calico Hearts' Fairy Garden Succulents
How do I encourage red leaves?
