As the leaves on Albuca spiralis age, they tend to straighten out. This is particularly true after blooming or if it's not getting enough light. To fix this, allow the plant to enter dormancy by stopping all watering for a while. Allow all the leaves to dry out and die. Once the plant sprouts new leaves, they'll be curly. Also, be sure your plant is getting enough light.
