My Tillandsia filifolia looks dried out and crispy. I soak once a week for an hour. Is that not enough?

If the plant has previously bloomed, it's likely just getting to the end of its life. If it hasn't previously bloomed, try supplementing your watering with heavy misting a couple days before and after soaking. Otherwise, try reducing the amount of light your plant is getting.
