I am not sure if my non-grafted, bare root moon cactus can survive without being grafted! Do I need to graft it? Gymnocalycium mihanovichii f. variegata - Variegated Moon Cactus [1.5-2"] [bare root]

I received 2 Gymnocalycium mihanovichii from you last week...potted them in gritty mix. Now I am reading that they will not survive unless grafted., since they don't produce chlorophyll. Help! What do I do now?

Although this is true of some variegated Gymnocalycium mihanovichii, this particular form has enough chlorophyll to sustain it's own growth without grafting. Check out our grafted moon cacti and you'll see what we mean.
