why are some Pachysedum so pink and others very green? Do they change colors? Can I request only very pink ones?

Pachysedum 'Ganzhou' does change color depending on light availability, temperature and watering frequency. Because of the trip in a dark shipping box, they'll likely be more green when they get to you. However, with strong light, they'll turn pink again.
