Each of those can be removed and planted. Be sure to only take the largest for planting and try to poke them off rather than cut them off. They should snap off the main stem with little difficulty. Allow these offsets to dry for a week before attempting to root them.
After drying, simply poke their bottoms in moist soil. Try to keep the soil consistently moist during rooting. Once rooted, reduce the water to prevent the roots from rotting.
