Can they thrive in their individual pots like regular indoor plants?

Do I have to transfer them to a container or a something with rocks? Or can I keep them as is?

They can stay in their nursery pots for up to a month before they'll really need to be repotted into a container with a drainage hole and well-draining soil. You can also repot them as soon as you receive them, if you like!
