what does primary and secondary color mean. Is plant going to be changing color?

That's correct, especially for Sempervivum. They can change colors rather dramatically throughout the year. However, a primary color is the color that shows up most frequently and typically (though not always) covers more of the plant than any other color. A secondary color often covers less of the plant and typically grows as a plant receives more light.
