Why aren't the leaves on my jelly bean turning pink?

The pink color is brought about by healthy stress from sunlight and drought. Sometimes trees or other buildings can block light for a few hours a day. Be sure your plant is receiving at least 6 hours of sunlight per day. If it is, then overwatering may be an issue. Please note, even if you're watering infrequently, a soil can hold on to too much water if it's not mixed right. Repotting into grittier soil or watering less often may help.
