My Pagoda has been blooming nonstop for a solid year. Why? Can I make it stop?

It sounds like you're caring for your pagoda village entirely too well, which is a hilarious problem to have. In all seriousness though, there is no way to make it stop as, once a branch has committed to flowering, it will do so.
If you're using grow lights, some wavelengths of light can encourage flowering. Fertilizers can also encourage flowering, especially if they're high in phosphorus.
Regardless, it sounds like you'll have to just wait out the blooming.
