That's up to you. Caring for one plant per pot is recommended, especially for beginners, to simplify watering. It can be tricky to care for a pot with multiple Split Rocks, because sometime one will be ready for water when the others are not.
If you choose to separate them, dig them up and gently tease them apart. Pot them in containers with drainage holes and gritty, well draining soil. Place them in a very sunny spot and do not water until the soil is completely dry and the inner leaves start to feel less firm.
