Keeping it in a dry, dark place where it's not going to freeze is the best way to care for a dormant caudex. Then, before you plant, wake it up by soaking it in lukewarm water for 24 hours.
It's still cold. Don't want to wake it up from dormancy. What do I need to do with the uprooted tuberose base? Stephania erecta [1.0-2.5"] [unrooted]
