What is considered a unit? One rosette or like the photo?

One unit is one plant, rooted in a 2" pot. The vast majority have offsets like the photo but that's not guaranteed. In the rare case where you do receive a single rosette with no offsets, rest assured that it will quickly offset with proper care.
