I have little natural light in my house. Can string of pearls thrive with grow light through winter?

LIve in zone 8, have no southeast facing windows and really very little natural light gets in my house. Can I keep my string of pearls plant happy over the winter with a grow light? Can you recommend a type or brand? How many hours a day with the grow light? Thank you so much!
