Yes! Sempervivum grow much better outdoors than inside and they can tolerate zone 5 winters just fine. We generally recommend getting outdoor succulents planted at least one month before your first frost.
Can this be planted in fall? Sempervivum 'Pacific Devil's Food' Sempervivum (Hens & Chicks)
I live in zone 5 and have been growing my plant inside in a pot. It's been in a sunny south-facing window. I want to plant it outside. Can I do that now or do I need to wait for spring?
