Absolutely! Sedum don't tend to root very deeply, making them a great choice for small pots!
However, a small pot doesn't insulate the roots as well as a larger pot would. As such, hardy Sedum may not be as hardy as they would be in a large pot. This effect may be negligible but, if you have this pot outside in the winter, keep a careful eye on it when it gets very cold.
