My plant's stalk has bended over...no longer vertical, but not broken, still leafing. What should I do?

This variety does not typically grow a tall stem, unless it's blooming. It will stretch tall if it is not getting enough sunlight, so you may consider gradually moving it into a sunnier spot. Once your plant is healthy, you can take a cutting from the top and re-root it so that it can grow compact, upright, and healthy in its new, sunnier location.
