I am in Houston and have an east facing bed that gets about 4 to 5 hours of Sun. Will these thrive in those conditions?

Some of them may but most will not. Echeveria like 6+ hours of light. You may like our indoor succulent tray better and these plants can easily thrive on 4 or 5 hours of light. You can check that tray out at the link below.
