Can this succulent be planted in full sun (zone 8) and then over wintered inside.

In zone 8 this plant doesn't even need to come indoors during the winter and would, in fact, prefer not to. However, if there is some reason the plant must come indoors for the winter, it is possible. It's important to note that, while growing inside, it'll be more susceptible to rot and, once the spring comes again, it'll need to be gradually introduced into any full sun conditions to prevent sunburn.
