Many pests and diseases that affect succulents can be treated with isopropyl alcohol (available at drugstores, often at 70% solution). Dilute it with water to half strength then spray the plant thoroughly, getting into all the crevices between leaves. Repeat spraying daily until there is no evidence of pest or disease.
Do note, Anacampseros telephiastrum f. variegatum 'Sunrise' naturally produces fuzzy, white hairs at its center. This is healthy and not evidence of disease or pests.
