Why are the leaves of my Crassula multicava turning brown and dry at the tips and sides?

It may need more water. Crassula multicava tends to need more water than other Crassula. Certainly water it more than you would water a jade plant. Also, in the spring, it will be actively trying to grow so it will need still more water.
