Do I plant with netting around roots as it arrived
Mangave 'Painted Desert' [plug]
Recently ordered and received painted desert mangave. It arrived with some type of netting around root area. Do I plant this way or remove the netting? Thank you. Nancy

Hi Nancy! That netting is biodegradable and you can certainly plant it in the ground still attached to the roots. However, it does help the plant if you put a cut lengthwise down the netting (being careful not to cut the roots). Just one cut should suffice.
