In very bright light, or as a response to extended drought, Delosperma echinatum can develop a purple blush. However, an entire pickle plant turning purple could be a cause for concern. You're welcome to send us a few clear photos of your plant via email (info@mountaincrestgardens.com) along with the following information and we'll do our best to figure out what's going on:
1) Growing conditions (full sun, part sun, filtered sun, indoors, outdoors, etc.) 2) Soil used for planting 3) Watering schedule 4) Does the container have a hole for drainage?
