Why are flower buds shriveling?
Avonia quinaria ssp. alstonii - Medusa [limited]
I got this cute plant and it arrived with some buds. It’s been about 16 days and I noticed the buds start to wrinkle and shrivel. I have it in a southern facing window and only water when the soil is completely dry. Some new green growth has appeared but the tip of one branch is falling off. Is there too much light or not enough or maybe it’s too cold? It’s in the high 60s in my house right now.

1) Growing conditions (full sun, part sun, filtered sun, indoors, outdoors, etc.) 2) Soil used for planting 3) Watering schedule 4) Does the container have a hole for drainage?
