Will this stress pink around edges? Mine is showing the same as one of your photos, but I’m also concerned.

Mine shoes a bit of pink on edges similar to your photo. Is this heat stress coloring or possibly mold or tip damage?

This is likely due to the light your plant is receiving. Many Haworthia have tips that flush red in bright light. It's different from sunburn in that it's not damaging to the plant, but if you don't like it you can move the plant to a shadier area and it should return to its lime green color.
