Stemmy, elongating succulents are stretching because they need more sunlight. It's possible the grow light is too far away and/or not bright enough. We recommend you move the plant closer to the grow light (within 6") or supplement with a stronger grow light. You'll want something that produces 300-800 lumens per square foot. You can find our succulent grow light recommendations at the link below. And while this can save your stretching succulent and prevent further etiolation, the plant will not shrink back to its original compact form.
