If these are new leaves, they may just need time to grow. If you make sure it's getting plenty of sunlight, these new leaves should grow to be the same size as the old ones.
I have one with huge leaves, flowers are dying off and new leaves are comming out but they are small not huge like Kalanchoe blossfeldiana - Flaming Katy [pink]
originally huge leaves, new growth leaves are small, how do I get huge leaves again?
