We don't officially keep track of the average particle size for this product because we sell it as a topsoil rather than a substrate for plants to actually root into.
However, for what it's worth I grabbed a bag of this sand and measured some of the particles and found that the majority were between 1 and 2 mm with some getting up to 5 mm.
We do sell a soil called Bonsai Jack. The average particle size is higher than your range, but it does work well for Lithops. I'll link to it below.
