my kazoo is in a very bad condition and 2 parts of the top have fallen off, can I save or propagate it??

Before jumping into emergency procedures, I think it's worth noting that karoo rose will "recycle" it's old leaves in order to grow new leaves. That's normal growth but, something could very well be wrong if there are healthy leaves below the shriveled leaves.
If you determine something is seriously wrong with your plant, you could try propagating a leaf or two. This is unlikely to work but it's worth a try! I'll post a link below on our guide to making cuttings.
