I wouldn't bother watering it during the summer. Even if it's still currently green it is still going dormant and therefore not taking up water from the soil like it will during the rest of the year.

It's summer & my Frizzle Sizzle is green, no browning or flowering. Do I not water it to prepare for dormancy? It doesn't seem to be going dormant.i just received it 2 weeks ago
