I just received my order and the Echeveria raindrops has a long shoot (about 10') coming out of plant. Root it?

This long shoot is a flower stalk. It's not a problem if it breaks as, after the plant blooms, the flower will die back anyway, leaving you with just the rosette. Next spring/early summer, it should make another one of those stalks and so the cycle goes.
