What kind of grow lights do I need to keep its pink color like the photo?

We don't use grow lights for production, as it gets sunny enough in the greenhouse to achieve this variegation. If you don't get sufficient sunlight where you're growing these plants, I would recommend a full spectrum LED grow light. The link below has a ton more info on succulent grow lights.
