You're very welcome, we're here to help!
As tempting as it is, I would not re-pot this plant until fall. Although the care pamphlet does say to not leave the plants in their original pots for over a month, that care guide doesn't take the dormancy period of 'Frizzle Sizzle' specifically into account. The reason the care guide says what it says is to prevent plants from becoming root bound, which shouldn't be a problem for the dormant 'Frizzle Sizzle' until the growing season starts again in the fall.
Water gets a bit more tricky. You could get away with a small amount of water, and your plant would probably appreciate it. The reason I say that is because we try to ship plants dry so when it got to you, it probably hadn't received any water for around a week. However, if it came to you on 6/10/2021 in soil that was even remotely damp, I wouldn't bother watering it.
If you do water it, make sure the drainage holes in the plastic pot are unobstructed and only give it enough water to lightly dampen the soil. Then, I wouldn't recommend watering it again for the rest of the summer. I hope this helps!
