We usually send plants on the dry side but it is not always possible, especially in winter. Fortunately, most plants are quick to dry once out of the box.
- Remove the plants from the package and pull off any mushy, translucent leaves.
- Keep the plants in a sunny, well-ventilated location so that the soil can dry.
- Once the soil is completely dry, the plants are ready to be transplanted and/or watered.
- If you notice upper leaves turning mushy and rotten, take photos of all affected plants and send them within 14 days of delivery to our customer service team.
