Answer Question
Will my chicks and hens survive outdoors in a very dry climate with temps of 110+ degrees
I live in Yuma Az. Our summer temperatures are 110+ degrees hot and it very dry most of the time. If I plant my chicks and hens outdoors will they survive the hot summer heat. I have a small area of afternoon shade but it's like an oven out there. I also have a piece of sunshade covering the top of my open green house stand. Should I put them in a large pot under the sunshade of the green house stand? I'm concerned about their survival. We bought them from Mountain Crest and they are beautiful. Thank you for taking the time to answer all of my questions.
