Zone 9 on this site vs USDA Plant Hardiness Map 10a. Can Echeveria live in partial sun & Florida summers safely?
I live in an area where inside plants are not an option. We have an area to put plants outside that has sun access all day and direct sunlight from 3-4pm to sunset (7-7:30pm) EST. I'm in Central Florida. This website says I'm zone 9. The 2023 USDA Plant Hardiness Zone Map | USDA Plant Hardiness Zone Map says I'm zone 10a. Will Echeveria do okay outside in the Florida summers? They're my favorite but I don't want to get them if they're going to struggle. I already understand the importance of the correct soil, etc. Deep waters and letting them fully dry before watering again.
