Should l / can l mix it with gritty soil , perlite or any other succulant soil mix ?

Yes! Coco coir is a great organic component for succulent soil but you will also want a mineral grit like coarse sand, perlite, or pumice to help with drainage. Many succulents will do well with equal parts mineral and organic matter, but thicker, drought-loving types like cacti and mesembs will need more like a 2:1 ratio of grit to organic matter.
