what does "AMEND" with soil mean?
Bonsai Jack® Succulent Fertilizer (3.5 oz)
and does this amend relate to only succulents ? I have mainly cactus.

"Amend" means to add. These fertilizer granules can be sprinkled directly on top of succulent soil, it does not need to be mixed in with soil. This is also true for cacti. Cacti are not heavy feeders, so they will not need much fertilizer.
