It depends on the type of succulent you're growing and your growing conditions. This coco coir can be great used straight for thinner-leaved succulents or String Succulents, or for people who water very infrequently or grow in direct sun. In darker, wetter conditions or with thick-leaved succulents, a mineral grit like pumice or perlite is a great way to help the soil dry out faster. As a general rule, after a full soak, a succulent's soil should be able to fully dry out in about 2-5 days. If it takes longer, a grittier soil is a good idea.
