Spiral cactus planted in Cactus Jack is slightly soft to the touch. does it need more, or less water?
Cereus forbesii 'Spiralis' - Spiral Cactus [bare root] [large]
I planted a bare root Spiral Cactus in a clay pot with full Cactus Jack medium. I wet the roots before i planted it but didn't water after that. it started looking slightly wrinkly and was a little soft when i pinched it. i watered it until the water ran out the bottom hole and have it in partial sun but it's been over three weeks but it's still soft and slightly wrinkly. it is still green, not yellowed and squishy nor is it browned and dry. help please!

It sounds like your cactus is healthy. It's important to know that cacti do everything slowly, so it will take time and more water to get it firm. This plant will prefer full sun and we recommend exposing it to more and more light until it's getting at least 6 hours of direct light a day.
Your potting and soil choices are excellent so water it once every two weeks just like you did before.
