Can I pair , meaning put in one container Aoenium and baby toes in one pot?

We wouldn't recommend it in the long term. The Aeonium is going to want a lot more water than the baby toes. There's also a risk of the Aeonium shading the baby toes too much because it's going to get a lot taller, while the baby toes will prefer to spread.
