I just received my Frizzle Sizzle and it's full of leaves.It doesn't look dormant.Should I repot/put in the sun??

Wondering what to do since it's mid summer and it doesn't look dormant.

If it doesn't look dormant, go ahead and plant it like it's not. If you begin to see signs of dormancy down the road (browning/straitening leaves, oftentimes following blooming) then go ahead and cut water entirely until it makes new leaves.
