How do I transplant new Sempervivum chicks to re-root and propagate?

my plant has off shoots, how can I remove and replant the small ones?

Sempervivum offshoots (aka "chicks") can be gently pulled off the mother rosette once they're about 1" in diameter. Or cut them off at the stolon with a clean, sharp knife. You can lay the rosette on the soil where you're transplanting it to re-root. You'll water a little more often while it's establishing new roots.
