It will likely have all three. Flowering Mangave tend to pup more, either around the base of the plant, or on the bloom stalk itself. If the flowers get pollinated, they will likely produce seed, although planting this seed won't make more Mangave 'Blazing Saddles'. Seeds from hybrids are unpredictable like that.
