Unfortunately, we don't sell any Opuntia that are hardy to zone 4. We do carry zone 5 Opuntia though, which you can find by clicking the link below.
It's possible to grow plants that are a zone above yours if you cover them with a sheet during the coldest periods of the year. Also, growing them next to a heated structure will help.
