You can soak them for 24 hours to help wake them from dormancy. Plant in well-draining soil and grow on a sunny window sill. They should only be watered when the soil is dry, which for most people is every week or two. It can be a several month waiting game with Stephania erecta. But have patience and they can eventually establish roots then sprout stems.
