The dried bloom is nothing to be worried about. Eventually, it will fall off but it can be gently pulled from the plant with a pair of tweezers.
My Lithops came with spent blooms in the center. What should I do? Lithops - Living Stones [limited] Fairy Garden Succulents
The blooms in the center are completely dry and brown. On one of my lithops the spent bloom is deep in the center.
